You’ll research and test new product lines while implementing enterprise-grade cloud solutions for some of the region’s most successful companies.     • Support and maintain Compudyne’s existing hosted services infrastructure. This would include knowledge in some the following areas.

      • The ability to visualize services implications and make recommendations for service resolutions. 
      • Ensure service tasks/deliverables are completed and clients technical needs are being met
      • Demonstrate professional attitude with client over the phone, on-site and through emails to resolve all client service requests/questions
      • Appropriately document time and actions in service support and time ticketing system 
      • Assists  to deploy, monitor, audit, document, and maintain the lifecycles of cloud products and services  
      • Virtualization technologies; primarily an understanding of the Microsoft’s and VMware’s technologies and their configurations 
      • Support various cloud products, technologies, and their associated components; including, but not limited to:  
        • Microsoft Server in the enterprise 
        • Web filtering technologies 
        • Hosted Servers and Exchange technologies 
        • Anti-Spam technologies 
        • Email encryption technologies 
        • Email archiving technologies 
        • Backup solutions and technologies 
        • Endpoint technologies 

    Qualifications –

    • Job Qualifications:  Strong background in Information Technology with high level of communication skills.  Aunderstanding of cloudbased products and services, and having practical experience and knowledge working with integrated cloud solutions such as enterprise backups. 
    • Education: 2 year technical degree preferred, or equivalent education/experience 
    • Certifications: Ability to get certified in our primary cloud services/products, as directed.

  • Service Supervisor - Boulder, CO

    As a Service Supervisor, you will provide leadership, supervision and perform a variety of duties related to coordination of the Cloud Services department. Responsibilities include: providing unsurpassed customer service to meet client needs, coordinating the resolution of technical issues related to customer problems/requests, supervising technical team members and related human resource responsibilities, collaborating with other departments within Compudyne to coordinate client request/projects, coordinating/evaluating technologies for Compudyne and related client requests/projects, evaluating the documentation of teams’ work to ensure correct billing, conducting research and working with management to develop and improve communication and work processes. All development and implementations will be conducted in accordance with standards set forth by Compudyne and other information technology standards.

    Primary Responsibilities 

    • Provide leadership, direction and strategic management to Compudyne Cloud Services team
    • Supervise to ensure the most accurate and efficient use of technical staff time and resources
    • Work with staff and management to improve communications and work processes for the technical team and other stakeholders
    • Develop project strategy, facilitate project objectives and adhere to principles of project management to achieve project results
    • Be responsible for personal and professional development to ensure continued growth, development, and have the ability to assist with leading the Compudyne and co-workers in the future with the development of technology and business trends

    Qualifications 

    Going in you should have a strong background in Information Technology with high level of communication skills, and an Associates’ degree in business or computer-related field or equivalent education/experience. Two years working in Information Technology and some leadership roles and responsibilities are required. This position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relations with co-workers and clients.

  • Associate IT Account Manager - St. Paul, MN

    As an Associate IT Account Manager, you will perform a variety of duties related to maintaining and enhancing the relationship between our Managed Services clients and Compudyne. Your responsibilities will include maintaining open lines of communication between clients and Compudyne to ensure proper planning of IT resource needs, as well as, analyzing client IT requirements and aligning to business needs, system gaps/procedures and facilitating meetings with clients.

    This position will help you build customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relations with co-workers and clients, including the ability to work with and communicate to client’s executive team. This position will also focus on growing your excellent verbal and written communication skills; as well as, organizational and follow through skills that are crucial to the success of this position.
